The ND filter works to achieve slow the shutter to be able to record movement in moving subjects such as waterfalls and provide a silky smooth effect to flowing water. The CPL Filter functions allows the removal of reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass and it also does the same for color and contrast enhancement.
